Unfortunate maintenance issues such as slow shower drainage, broken patio locks, and gaps around doors allowing insects to enter!!! The lack of televisions and insufficient toiletries truly detracts from any luxury experience!!! Improvements desperately needed!!!

Great little getaway!
Had a lovely stay here for 5 nights. The staff were super friendly and really tried to help. I enjoyed chilling by the poolside snack bar – perfect for a quick bite after soaking up the sun. But the closest beach isn’t really for relaxing. just a heads up on that! Overall, a nice place to enjoy Playa.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and close to local shops. We loved chilling by the pool and even took a boat tour to explore the waters nearby. Staff were super helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was that the water pressure in our bathroom was low, which made showers a bit tricky at times.

The receptionist was lovely, always engaging in friendly conversation, which added a personal touch to our stay. We loved being so close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The garden view from our bungalow provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Some maintenance issues need attention, such as slow drainage in the shower.
